
How to deal with stress!!!

We go through different levels of ordeals daily and the stress that comes with them are not joking with our body.
Stress levels play a big role in our daily life. A less stressed person tends to feel good and have a great output.
While someone who is more stressed tends to have a poor output.
Nevertheless, we can all manage different levels of stress.
The following are tips on how to deal with stress.

Engaging in physical exercises regularly
From a 30 minutes walk, to jogging, climbing stairs, try every possible physical exercises available to you. Physical exercises helps to manage stress.

Caffeine reduction
Caffeine and caffeine-induced products increases the stress level. Reducing the intake of caffeine helps lower the stress level in the body.

Take time to rest in between schedule
We are all human beings and we all have busy schedules. But 1 to 2 minutes break in between our schedule will make us feel more active for the next or upcoming work.

Learn how to say ‘NO’
There are times that we would want to stand in for our colleagues by taking their shifts or doing some of their tasks.
But, we also need to consider ourselves as well. Taking extra tasks increases the level of stress. Saying NO to taking on extra tasks goes a long way in managing stress.

Sleeping better
When the body receives good amount of sleep, the stress level decreases and when the body lacks good amount of sleep, the stress level increases.
Reschedule your schedule and give room for a good amount of sleep and you will realize that your stress level will decrease.
