National Police Day Holds in Abuja

The second edition of the National Police Day was held at Eagle Square, Abuja, as part of ongoing efforts to recognise the sacrifices and dedication of officers of the Nigeria Police Force.
The initiative, introduced by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is aimed at honouring the contributions of police personnel while strengthening public confidence in policing across the country.
The event brought together top government officials, security stakeholders, and members of the public to celebrate the role of the Nigeria Police Force in maintaining law and order, as well as safeguarding lives and property.
National Police Day also serves as a platform to reinforce collaboration between the police and citizens, promote accountability, and highlight ongoing reforms within the Force geared towards improving service delivery and professionalism.
