A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted bail to the former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), alongside two other defendants,

following their arraignment on charges yet to be fully determined by the court.

The presiding judge approved bail after hearing submissions from both the prosecution and defence counsel, ruling that the defendants are entitled to bail pending the commencement of full trial.
