The Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, , has reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to accelerating healthcare delivery through strategic public sector reform.

The engagement focused on strengthening collaboration between the health sector and Nigeria’s public service reform architecture to improve efficiency, accountability, and service delivery across the health system.
Prof. Pate emphasized that sustainable improvements in healthcare outcomes depend not only on clinical excellence and infrastructure development but also on institutional efficiency and governance reforms. He noted that aligning health sector priorities with broader public service reforms will enhance policy implementation, optimize resource utilization, and deliver measurable impact for Nigerians.
