CBN Appoints New Board for Keystone Bank, Adds Executive Directors

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has appointed a new board for Keystone Bank, a move aimed at strengthening the leadership and strategic direction of the financial institution. Lady Ada Chukwudozie has been named as the new chair of the board, taking on the critical role of guiding the bank’s policies and ensuring effective governance.

Joining her on the board are five new non-executive directors: Abdul-Rahman Esene, Mrs. Fola Akande, Akintola Ayodeji Olusoji, Obijiaku Samuel, and Senator Farouk Bello. These individuals are expected to bring diverse experiences and expertise to the bank’s operations and decision-making processes.

In addition to restructuring the board, the CBN has also appointed two new executive directors, Ladi Oluwole and Abubakar Usman Bello. These new executives will play pivotal roles in the day-to-day operations of the bank, focusing on its strategic growth and development.

The appointments are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the banking sector and ensure that Keystone Bank remains a key player in the Nigerian financial market.
