COMMANDANT NASFA VISITS NACOLM …Seeks More Collaboration

Ojo, Lagos – 9 October 2025

In a move aimed at fostering stronger inter-institutional ties and enhancing capacity building, the Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration (NASFA), Major General Monday Ogbe Ihanuwaze, paid a courtesy visit to the Commandant of the Nigerian Army College of Logistics and Management (NACOLM), Major General Adewale Collins Adetoba.


The visit, which took place on 9 October 2025 at the Headquarters of NACOLM in Ojo, Lagos, was marked by camaraderie and a renewed commitment to collaboration between the two prestigious Nigerian Army training institutions.
During the visit, Major General Ihanuwaze expressed appreciation for the warm reception he and his entourage received. He described his return to NACOLM as a “homecoming,” having once been a student at the college. He emphasized the importance of cordial relations between NASFA and NACOLM, noting that such synergy is essential for effective personnel training and the continued professional development of both institutions.


In his response, Major General Adetoba welcomed the visit and acknowledged its significance in strengthening existing cooperation. He reiterated NACOLM’s commitment to maintaining and expanding collaborative efforts with NASFA, particularly in areas of shared interest such as logistics, finance training, and administration.
The visit featured several ceremonial highlights including the presentation of a Quarter Guard in honour of the visiting Commandant, the signing of the visitor’s book, and a group photograph to commemorate the occasion.


This visit marks another step in the Nigerian Army’s efforts to ensure cohesive and robust training frameworks across its educational institutions, thereby reinforcing its overall operational effectiveness.
