Governor Sanwo-Olu Unveils Major Housing Projects in Lagos
Lagos, Nigeria — Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu today inaugurated two major housing projects aimed at addressing the housing needs of Lagos residents and promoting sustainable urban development. The unveiling took place at the Rising Lagos Apartments and the Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments, marking significant milestones in the state’s urban renewal initiatives.
The Rising Lagos Apartments feature 60 units of two and three-bedroom apartments, each equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life. These modern apartments are part of Governor Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to providing high-quality, affordable housing for the people of Lagos.
In addition to the Rising Lagos Apartments, Governor Sanwo-Olu also commissioned the Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments in Amuwo Odofin. This 144-unit mixed development project showcases the government’s dedication to urban renewal and sustainable development.
