HERE ARE REASONS WHY ONE SHOULD NOT EAT LATE

Eating late has become an hobby for most of us as we live,  it is one of the most common habit amongst us, we blame on our tight schedule and our busy lifestyle, some still eat dinner after midnight and go to sleep like that, it is a bad habit I would urge us to stop and quit with immediate alacrity cos of its detrimental effects.

Studies tend to show that when food is consumed late at night anywhere from after dinner to outside a person’s typical sleep/wake cycle,  it is said that the body won’t digest it to become energy, it only turns the calories to fats, and this action is very bad and harmful to our body system.

Eating late at night can lead to several health hazards like hearts diseases, obesity(cos of the inability of the body to process those calories to energy), acidity in the body, to be more objective it is too bad to eat late at night cos when we sleep our body cannot process those foods well, for I would say our health is wealth, we all know we have busy schedule but we can do well and plan for our health, it is very important to our wellbeing.https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/what-time-should-you-stop-eating
