Hon. Waliu Ifedolapo Owode is excited to announce a unique opportunity for unemployed women and youths in Ijebu East Constituency. Applications are now open for a three-month intensive training program focused on soilless farming, aquaculture, processing, value chain, agri-business, and agri-preneurship.
Program Overview:
This comprehensive training program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in modern agricultural practices, particularly in soilless farming. By fostering a new generation of skilled agripreneurs, this initiative seeks to contribute to food security, job creation, and economic development in the region. We are pleased to share that the first batch of trainees will be graduating on June 15, marking a significant milestone in our community’s journey towards agricultural excellence.
Who Can Apply:
The program is designed for unemployed women and youths who are passionate about agriculture. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a minimum of a senior secondary school certificate.
- Male applicants must be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Female applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
