
Ijebu East Farmers Laud Hon. Waliu Owode for Support and Hospitality

The farming community of Ijebu East Local Government has publicly expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Waliu Ifedolapo Owode, member of the Ogun State House of Assembly and Chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture, for his continued support and warm hospitality during their recent courtesy visit.

In a heartfelt letter signed by Pastor Olaniyi Oluwaseyi, Chairman of the Coalition of Agricultural Farmers (CAF), the farmers appreciated Hon. Owode’s readiness to engage with them, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide guidance on the path forward for agricultural development in the area.
The letter praised Hon. Owode’s “insights and commitments towards the development of agriculture,” noting that his efforts have brought “renewed hope and confidence” to farmers in the constituency. Specifically, they commended him for facilitating access to essential farming inputs and consistently advocating for improved rural infrastructure aimed at boosting productivity and farmer livelihoods.
