IJEDE, LAGOS – In a dramatic twist of fate, 25-year-old Ayomide Oluwadamilare, the prime suspect in the brutal murder of Kola Adun, was apprehended yesterday while attempting to sell his victim’s stolen Toyota Camry to an unsuspecting car dealer in Ijede, Ikorodu.

The Ogun State Police Command revealed that Adun’s decomposing body was discovered on July 7 at his River Valley Estate home in Ojodu Berger after neighbors reported a foul odor. Crime scene investigators found:

“The suspect’s downfall came when he approached a vigilant car dealer in Ijede. The dealer immediately recognized red flags and contacted authorities, leading to Oluwadamilare’s arrest at the point of sale.”
