Okubadejo Attends Ogun Council of Obas Meeting as Governor Abiodun Presents 40 SUVs to Traditional Rulers

The Honourable Commissioner for Finance and Chief Economic Adviser to Governor, Ogun State, Otunba OlaDapo AbdulRahman Okubadejo had a great honour to attend the statutory meeting of the Ogun State Council of Obas along with his Leader and Boss His Excellency Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun CON, other members of Ogun State Executive Council and stakeholders, held at Obas’ Complex, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta.

Otunba Dapo Okubadejo applauded Governor Dapo Abiodun CON for the recognition and appreciation of the revered traditional rulers’ invaluable continuous support in sustaining peace, stability, and transformative developments across our dear Gateway State, by presenting 40 Brand New SUV vehicles to them during their statutory meeting as custodians of our culture and a vital link between government and the people, our monarchs remain key partners in our collective progress and must be acknowledged.

The Honourable Commissioner and Chief Economic Adviser Okubadejo uses the opportunity to appeal to our traditional rulers and communities to continue working with us in creating a peaceful, welcoming, and investor-friendly environment across all parts of the state. He made it clear that Ogun State can not afford to discourage genuine investors whose presence will create jobs, drive infrastructure development, and improve the well-being of our people, while calling for greater security vigilance, responsible land administration, and stronger community cooperation as we continue to build a safer, more prosperous, and economically vibrant Ogun State together.

The Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Obas and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba Kehinde Olugbenle, thank and specially commended the Governor Dapo Abiodun’s developmental strides across Ogun State and reiterated the council’s support for policies aimed at economic growth, stability and wellbeing of the good people of Ogun State.
