Everybody wakes up to do their normal daily chores/routine, go to work and work to make money. We often neglect the need to eat or do not even bother to check what we eat.

We want to make money. We work our body in different positions neglecting our body which does the work. We need to take care of our body for it to function well and so we can rely on it for daily activities. We do not need to break the bank to take care of our health.

Here are some tips to take care of our health.

1. Drinking healthy water: We should make it a habit of drinking at least 5L of healthy water daily.

2. Eating healthy foods: We should take into consideration that the quality is more important than the quantity of the food.

3. Eating of fruits: We should make eating of fruits a habit because they are rich source of vitamins and minerals that the body needs.

4. Exercising: It is not until we go to the gym before we can exercise. Taking walks, climbing stairs, skipping, jogging are all parts of exercises we can do to stay fit.

5. Reduce thinking: Yes, we all have our pressing issues but thinking/overthinking about them will not solve the issues. We need to reduce thinking to be able to stay fit.

6. We should not eat late in the night: Our dinner should not be ate at a late hour in the night.

7. Get enough rest: Sleeping as and when due and taking lots of rest is a very good way of improving our health and keeping fit.
