PRESIDENT TINUBU RECEIVES OYO, PLATEAU GOVERNORS

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has affirmed his commitment to continue partnering with the federal government on national issues in the interest of Nigerians.
Governor Makinde, alongside his counterpart from Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, visited President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Thursday.

State House correspondent, Musbau Dan-Wahab, reports that the separate meetings with the President were held behind closed doors.
In a brief chat with NTA News, Governor Makinde, who has recently been in the news for his comments on political matters, stated that his meeting with the President primarily focused on national issues.

Governor Mutfwang’s discussion with President Tinubu similarly centered on matters of governance and development at both state and federal levels.
