PRESIDENT TINUBU RECEIVES SULTAN OF SOKOTO AT STATE HOUSE

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Sunday received the Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’adu Abubakar III, at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting brought together two prominent national figures in a demonstration of continued engagement between the Presidency and traditional institutions in Nigeria.
The Sultan of Sokoto, who is widely regarded as the spiritual leader of Muslims in Nigeria, paid the visit as part of ongoing consultations and interactions with key stakeholders across the country.
