THREE WAYS TO HELP YOUR DEPRESSED FRIEND.
At some times in our lives, our greatest cheerleaders and friends get down and are at the lowest points of their lives.
It may be very awkward to comfort them and you may be at loss of what to say.
Here are four ways you can help:
Listen

Instead of trying to advice your friend, try listening. Let them be heard instead of being lectured.
Be present

Make them feel less alone, and when they talk to you, be interested. Acting disinterested puts off people that are trying to open up to you.
Assist

If there is any way you can help, do something. If you can help with a job, a tutor, or some money, depending on what the problem is, do it. Try your best to out a smile on their face.
