TIPS ON HOW TO OVERCOME EXAM FEVER

Exam fever is a phenomenon that is very common and deadly for students during exam period or before the commencement of an exam, a student can feel a nausea, shivering and sweaty hands with a slight headache, this symptoms varies based on how one’s body reacts to the tension and tenacity of the exam, so I will be proffering few tips and way that a student can overcome exam fever.

1. Schedule your reading time: The most important factor that helps most student succeed is how you plan your time, schedule and go about doing various task, you need to schedule your reading, don’t over stress your body, scientist in various studies shows that our body is over stressed, there is high tendency for it break down, schedule your reading time, don’t panic and keep your head down.

2. Eat Regularly: Most students starve themselves due to the fact that they are reading and this is very bad, you are engaging a huge task, you ought to feed your body well with good nutrients especially proteins and vitamins, eat well, drink a lot of water and be at ease. 

3. Sleep Well: This looks weird cos most students think the phase of writing an examination, you need not to sleep, that is huge lie and that is where stress comes in and damages your body immune, you need to rest and sleep well, since you’ve read and managed your schedule well, sleep well, don’t be awake going over book you’ve read in the day, it has consequences, manage your schedule very well, because our body detests stress.

Examination fever has cost a lot of students a lot of damage, loss of memory of what you’ve read, bad handwriting, exam malpractice etc; it is a phenomenon you can curb by following those few steps, remember Health is wealth.
