World Politics: Russian-Ukrainian War; Effect On Ukraine Infrastructure
Sadly, on the 24th of February, Russia launched a full assault on Ukraine with blazing missiles and warcrafts marking a significant escalation in the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Both countries are major producers of crucial energy and industrial commodities e as oil, gas, aluminium, palladium, and nickel. They also produce food-related commodities such as wheat and corn; the war will have a consequent ripple effect on the global markets and supply chain, especially in Africa. The imminent food crisis resulting from the war is the topic du jour. However, there are other sectors to consider; one of them is the Built Environment.

Ukraine infrastructure is on the edge of collapsing and wobbling at the moment with their education, health, even defence sector has been left in ruins by Russian warheads, with millions of lives lost, statistically speaking, 80% of Ukraine will be in ruins at the end of the war
