How to get over inferiority complex.

Inferiority complex starts from comparing yourself to others, and always seeing yourself as less.

In most cases, this affects the way you reason and how you live life. A person with inferiority complex tends to live under other people’s shadows, and not explore their talents.

Inferiority complex is more mental than physical. That means, inferiority complex is how you think about yourself, in a not so positive way.

You can build your self-confidence by doing following.

Practice self-love.

Accept yourself first. Self-love comes in knowing your worth, accepting your imperfections and improving yourself constantly. Learn to love and appreciate yourself. Do not let anyone define your worth.

Be assertive.

Be intentional about what you what. Instead of asking for people’s permission, just do you.

Learn to say no.

You do not have to be too available for others. Learn to say no sometimes, especially when it goes against your values and what you want.

Recognize your strengths and give yourself a challenge.

Recognize what you are good at, give yourself a challenge and work towards it.
