FG, CAMBRIDGE JUDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL EXPLORE PARTNERSHIP TO EQUIP NIGERIAN YOUTHS FOR FUTURE JOBS

The Federal Government is exploring a partnership with Cambridge Judge Business School to strengthen skills development and prepare Nigerian youths for emerging employment opportunities in the changing global economy.

The proposed collaboration is expected to focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, digital skills, leadership and other competencies needed for the jobs of the future. It is also aimed at strengthening the capacity of young Nigerians to compete effectively in both domestic and international labour markets.

The initiative reflects the government’s broader efforts to address youth unemployment and expand opportunities for skills acquisition, enterprise development and productive participation in the economy. A partnership with Cambridge Judge Business School could also provide opportunities for knowledge exchange, training and exposure to global best practices in business and innovation.

Both sides are expected to further develop the areas of collaboration and identify practical programmes that can translate the partnership into sustainable opportunities for Nigerian youths.
