The Public Complaints Commission has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, repositioning its operations and improving the delivery of administrative justice across the country.

The Commission, which serves as a platform for citizens seeking redress against administrative excesses, says it is charting a new course to promote fairness, accountability and effective service delivery.

The Federal Commissioner, Ogun State Office, Morakinyo Ogo Oluwa Akinleye, stated this during an interactive session with staff of the Commission drawn from across Ogun State.

Akinleye emphasised the need for renewed commitment, improved operational efficiency and a stronger institutional framework to enhance the Commission’s ability to discharge its mandate.
