OGUN EXCO APPROVES MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, CHIEFTAINCY UPGRADES

The Ogun State Executive Council has approved a number of major infrastructure projects and chieftaincy upgrades as part of efforts to accelerate development across the state.

The approvals are expected to strengthen infrastructure, improve connectivity and enhance the delivery of essential services to residents.

The Council also approved upgrades to the status of selected traditional institutions, reaffirming the state government’s commitment to preserving the traditional system and recognising its role in community development.

The decisions were reached at the Council’s meeting presided over by Governor Dapo Abiodun, with the administration reiterating its commitment to implementing projects and policies that will promote sustainable development across Ogun State.
