NASS RESCHEDULES RESUMPTION OF PLENARY TO 29TH SEPTEMBER 2026

The National Assembly has rescheduled the resumption of plenary sessions to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, according to an announcement published by the National Assembly Library Trust Fund on September 10.

The development affects both chambers of the legislature as lawmakers prepare to resume consideration of pending legislative business, bills and other matters before the 10th Assembly.

The National Assembly’s official platform provides access to its legislative calendar, order papers, votes and proceedings, and Hansard records.  

The September 29 resumption is expected to mark the return of lawmakers to full plenary activities following the current break.
