FCCPC Seals Offices of Two Real Estate Firms Over Noncompliance With Regulator Directives
ABUJA, NIGERIA – MAY 22, 2026
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has sealed the Abuja offices of two real estate firms over alleged non-compliance with directives issued by the commission.
The affected companies are Ochacho Group Worldwide and Ti’Bilon Construction, Real Estate and Facility Management Company.
According to the FCCPC, the enforcement action followed the failure of the firms to comply with regulatory orders and ongoing investigations by the commission into consumer protection-related matters.
Officials of the commission reportedly carried out the sealing exercise at the companies’ offices in Abuja as part of efforts to ensure adherence to established regulations and protect consumers from unfair business practices.
The FCCPC reiterated its commitment to enforcing compliance with consumer protection laws and warned that companies operating within Nigeria must cooperate with lawful investigations and directives issued by the commission.
The commission further noted that regulatory enforcement remains necessary to promote transparency, accountability, and consumer confidence within the real estate sector.
