Also speaking at the event, Ibukun Humphrey Oluwagbenga, Head of IT Business Support and Operations at OPay, participated in a panel session on the role of artificial intelligence, data, and automation in reshaping financial services.
He shared insights into how OPay is deploying advanced technologies to enhance service delivery, improve fraud prevention, and create more personalised financial solutions for customers and businesses.
