Two additional aspirants from Adamawa State have purchased the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship nomination forms ahead of the party’s primaries.
The aspirants, Alhaji Bello Ibrahim and Abdulrahman Bashir Haske, bring the total number of contenders who have obtained the APC governorship forms to five.
The development signals increasing interest in the party’s ticket as preparations for the Adamawa State governorship primaries gather momentum.
The APC had earlier fixed the cost of its governorship nomination form at ₦50 million, with aspirants expected to complete necessary processes in line with the party’s electoral timetable.
Party stakeholders in the state are expected to intensify consultations as the race for the governorship ticket continues to unfold.
