APC Disowns Timetable for Congresses Circulated on Social Media

Abuja, Nigeria – October 27, 2025

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has distanced itself from a document circulating widely on social media titled “APC 2025 Schedule of Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities.”
In a statement issued on Monday by Felix Morka, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, the party described the alleged timetable as false information and urged the public to disregard it.
“Our great Party wishes to clarify that the purported Schedule of Activities for Congresses was neither made nor authorized by the Party, and should be disregarded as FAKE NEWS,” the statement read.

Morka emphasized that any official communication regarding the party’s congresses or internal activities would be formally announced through recognized party channels and accredited media outlets.

The APC reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and due process in all its operations and cautioned members and supporters against sharing unverified information that could mislead the public.
